Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
To create an account, you must provide a username, name, surname, birthday, weight, and biological sex. You can log in using your Google account or email and password. Your username will be visible to all users, but other personal information will not be shared with others.
Users can log up to three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Photos must be taken using the app's camera feature, and only ready-to-eat meals are allowed. You must wait at least two hours between logs.
By logging meals, users can earn points and open loot boxes containing gems or gift cards. Premium users have a higher chance of receiving better rewards and gain extra features, such as meal analysis and gem rewards for healthy meals. Subscription payments are handled through the App Store and Google Play Store.
Your meal photos and results are stored securely and only visible to you. We collect certain personal data (email, IP address) and use analytics to improve the app. Data will not be shared with third parties.
All content in the app, including the AI model, designs, and features, is owned by Gamydiet. Unauthorized use or copying of the app's content is prohibited.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified via email and must accept the new terms to continue using the app.
